SUNDAY:                        Purity and Angelic Sweetness.

MONDAY:                       Heroic Patience and Wisdom

TUESDAY:                     Continual Prayer

WEDNESDAY:               Mortification in all things

THURSDA Y:                 Blind Obedience.

FRIDAY:                         Lively Faith.

SATURDAY:                   Profound Humility & Charity.

 

This is done by stating the intention to Our Lady at the beginning of the day and holding the intention in mind throughout the day and applying it in every situation that comes along

All:      My dear Mother, Mary, I stand helpless in the face of allmy infirmities. Jesus is waiting for me to be like Thee. But I am hampered by my own weaknesses and lack of proper resolve. Mother, look at the Agonizing Heart of Your Son patiently waiting for me to acquire these virtues. The more miserable I am the more I attract Your mercy. Mother, behold my misery and by the Precious Blood of Jesus, Your Son formed by Your most pure Roseate Blood and by the intercession of St. Barachiel, Raphael, Gabriel, Michael, St Cecilia, St. Philomena, St Theresa of the child Jesus obtain for me.

Remember oh Most Blessed Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who ever fled to Thy protection. Implored Thy aid or sought thy intercession was ever left unaided - inspired therefore with such confidence we come unto You Oh Virgin of Virgins our Mother to You do we come before You do we stand sinful and sorrowful Oh Mother of the Word made Flesh despise not our petitions but in your mercy hear and answer our prayers. Amen.

LET US PRAY:

O Lord, my God! Confer on me, who serves beneath the standard of Mary, a

courageous faith, animated by charity, which will inspire me to undertake and carry out great things for God and for the salvation of souls. Grant me a faith which will be the pillar of fire of Divine Love for my family; a faith which will enlighten those in darkness, inflame those who are lukewarm, and bring back to life those who are dead in sin.

Dear God, have mercy on me! Scourge me! Crucify me! Grind me to powder to save me from wounding the souls for whom You have bled and agonized. Help me, my Loving God, to imitate Thy kindness with all those about me-- the sick, the irritable, the fault­finding, the exacting, the rude, the unkind. Teach me to put myself aside and think of the happiness of others, to hide my little pains and heartaches, so that all will be a secret between Thee and me. Give to me Thy sweet patience and gentleness in all the events of my life, so that others may learn, by watching me this day, how good and kind and loving You are, and what a blessed thing it is to be Thy very own.

Lord of Hosts Who hast said in Thy Gospel, " I have not come to bring peace, but a sword!" arm me for the fight. I burn to do battle for Thy glory. Strengthen my courage. Thy sword is LOVEI Help me to do what pleases Thee best and what costs me most! give me grace to cover all my efforts, struggles, and sacrifices with smiles and cheerfulness. May the FIAT of Thine own Mother be implanted deep within my soul.

Behold the handmaid of the Lord, be it done to me according to Thy Word!

Dearest Lord, teach me to be generous; to serve Thee as Thou dost deserve; to give; and not to count the cost; to fight, and not to heed the wounds; to toil, and not to seek for rest; to labour, and not to ask for reward-save that of knowing,   I do Thy Holy will. Amen.
